All of our repair work is done by certified bench jewelers. Our regular turnaround time is around two weeks, however, we do offer a while-you-wait service to jump to the front of the line.

Appraisals can mean a lot of things in our business. We appraise jewelry for insurance purposes. In addition, we also buy gold, silver, and platinum.
